Happy Holidays

This tutorial was written for those who have a working knowledge of psp.

I use paint shop 9, but any version should work.

All of my tutorials are of my own creations any similarity with any other tutorial is purely coincidental.Please do not copy my tutorials please link back to my blog!

SUPPLIES NEEDED

Tube of choice.

I am using artwork  by Jose Cano.

 A PTU Artist. You must purchase and obtain a license to use.

Scrapkit of Choice:

Scrapkit PTU Cano Xmas by Lizquis Scraps.

Template of Choice:

Template131 by Millie. You can get it here. 

Mask of Choice:

I used a Christmas one from Vix.  Mask 306 which you can get here.

Font of choice. 

Filters needed: none required

eye candy4-gradient glow-not required used for name

Don't forget to save often.

LET'S GET STARTED

Open template, shiftD close the original.   

Delete raster13, raster11 and raster1.  

Instructions for coping and pasting. 

Activate the layer. 

Selections-select all-float-defloat-selections-invert, active paper or tube layer and hit delete. 

When you see C/P in the tut that means Copy and Paste.

Add drop shadow as desired. See my tag for exact placement.

Copy and paste desired papers into each layer.  Then delete the original layers. I added a gradient glow to each layer and a drop shadow.

I used paper 4 for raster6

Paper 7 for raster5 and raster8

Paper 5 for raster3, raster 7 and copy of raster 3

Paper 6 for raster 4 and raster 12 

Paper 9 for raster 2, keeping selected c/p your tube. Duplicate tube and close the duplicate. Click on original hit delete. Select none. Click on the duplicate bring to top, erase the bottom part of the tube.

lips resize 55% place at the top on the left side

ornaments2 resize 55% place at the top on the right side

light2 center at the bottom

mailbox place towards the bottom on the left side

bottle resize 75% place at the bottom, to the right of the mailbox

star1 place at the bottom on the left side, a little to the left of the bottle

reindeer2 resize 55% place at the bottom on the left side, at the bottom of the mailbox

cupcake1 resize 55% place at the bottom on the right side

bag resize 55% place at the bottom on the right side, a little to the left of the cupcake

mug resize55% place at the bottom on the right side, a little to the right of the bag

Crop merged opaque.

C/P paper7 apply mask. Merge group, send to bottom.

Merge visible. Re-size to desired size. 

Add name or saying of choice. 

Add proper copyright info and save as .png
